Advanced CompuNet provides a comprehensive and flexible range of
maintenance and support contracts that can be completely tailored
to provide the level of service and response times to match each
customer's individual needs. These range from standard 4-hour response
during normal business hours to dedicated engineers based permanently
on-site. Customers can choose a range of cover options some of which
are detailed below.
- 4, 8 hour, Next Day Response
- Monday to Friday, Saturday or 7 Day Cover
- 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, 9.00 am to 7.00 pm, 24 Hour Cover
- Critical Item, Temporary or Dedicated On-site Engineer Cover
In addition, our customers have an option of purchasing a Block
of Hours (at discounted rates) for maintenance and support to eliminate
multiple invoicing and extra paperwork.
